Rowing offers a combination of joy, aesthetics and fitness. One can row alone or as part of a team of 2 to 8 rowers. Rowing as a team creates a deep bonding with your team, mates enhances social contacts and the cherry on the cream would be the "aftermath" hanging out at the top floor of our boat house, our home lounge.
Club members participate in competitions in Israel and abroad. Activity is done all year round, and during every hour of the day. The best rowing season is the Winter and the best times is either early morning or late evening.
There is always a club member to greet you, or a guide to offer help, who will be happy to show you why Haifa club developed a devoted group of rowers, who enjoy meeting and rowing each Friday noon, and share their experience and knowledge with whoever joins our club.
We usually row up the river, enjoy the recreation area on the river banks; watch the birds and wild life of the river eco-system and the tranquility of nature. We look forward for the development of the Kishon Park, not far from the rowing club boat house.
